• Which size fits best for my body

Click on our Size Guide located below each bikini. Feel free to check out the models to see which body most represents you! Do bear in mind it is swimwear and they do have a stretch. If you are in between sizes and do not enjoy a snug look we would recommend for you to size up.

• Can I change/edit/cancel my order?

We process your order as soon as it's placed! Once an order has been placed we are unable to make ANY changes (This includes cancellations/shipping/billing addresses, shipping method, inserting promo code, removing/adding/altering an item in your order etc.)

• Is there anywhere I can try on Isseré Swimwear?

Our online store is the only place in the world to buy original Isseré Swimwear. We are solely an online based retail store.

If there are any physical defects and damages we offer the full amount refunded in store credit. The bikini bottoms are non refundable or exchangeable due to hygiene and health purposes. If you would like to purchase a different size there will be no refunds or exchanges. Please do send us a DM on Instagram at @issere. We would love to help you bikini babes get the perfect fit!

• Isseré Standard Shipping: We typically process your order within 3 business days. Your order will then be dispatched through our courier and reach you within 5-7 business days.

• Customs Clearance: For international shipments, customs clearance can add additional time. This process typically takes 1-3 days but can vary based on the destination country's regulations and any potential delays.

• Final Delivery: Once the parcel arrives in the destination country, final delivery can take an additional 1-3 business days, depending on the local delivery service and address.
